At Skinceutico, we want to give you a quality product and quality service. We care about your shopping experience. Should you wish to return a product, you must follow the process :
Kindly email email@example.com, with the reason for your return. We have a 24 hour maximum lead time for responding. We will therefore respond, on the next business day, at the latest.
To be eligible for a return, you will need proof of purchase. Returns are only eligible within the first 14 days of purchase.
We will gladly provide you with a full refund or a new product (at no additional cost), should there be a manufacturing fault on your product. Please note - you have 48 hours from receipt of your item, to inform us of manufacturing faults. We have a limited time frame to offer customers a refund on manufacturing faults, as we are painfully aware that some customers may break our products by fault of their own, and thus only provide you with only 48 hours to notify us, in order to qualify for a full refund/replacement on manufacturing faults.
In the case of any other concerns, we will assess returns on a case - by - case basis.
If your return is accepted, we'll refund you the cost of your purchase.
Please note - we do not refund shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
